1) What are the jewellery pieces made of?

Our pieces are made using high-quality materials including 18k gold plating, platinum plating for white finishes, and carefully selected stones. Some designs feature Swarovski crystals, while others use premium zircon with a high level of clarity and shine.

2) Are all the accessories handmade?

Yes. Each handmade piece is crafted with precision and detailed care by skilled Egyptian makers. Every step is done slowly and intentionally to ensure a refined finish.

3) How long does delivery take for handmade items?

Handmade pieces require a longer processing time. Please allow up to 7 working days for your handcrafted item to be prepared and delivered.

4) Are the bags also handmade?

Our handmade bags (grid and yarn designs) are created in small batches using artisanal techniques. Each one has its own character and texture.

5) What type of plating do you use?

All gold-tone pieces are plated in 18k gold for a warm, long-lasting finish. White-tone pieces are platinum-plated, which is the highest-quality plating available and offers exceptional durability and shine.

6) Will the colour of the jewellery last?

With proper care, the colour remains stable. Platinum and 18k gold plating are premium finishes designed for durability. Avoiding water, perfumes, and lotions will help maintain the shine.

7) Are the stones real?

We use two types of stones depending on the design: Swarovski crystals for multi-coloured and reflective pieces, and high-grade zircon for clear, diamond-like shine.

8) Can I request a custom size or adjustment?

Some handmade pieces can be adjusted depending on the design. You can contact us, and we will do our best to assist.

9) Are all products available for same-day delivery?

Ready-made products can be delivered quickly, but handmade pieces require additional crafting time. Delivery for handmade items is up to 7 working days.

10) How can I take care of my product?

To keep your Dejour piece in great shape:

Always store your bag in its dustbag when not in use, for leather pieces, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid using water or any harsh chemicals.
For jewellery: avoid water, perfumes, and lotions will help maintain the shine

11) What are the available payment methods?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery and card payments. InstaPay transfers are also available during delivery.

12) How long does shipping take?

Cairo & Giza: 4–5 working days 

All other governorates: Up to 7 working days

Working days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

13) Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item is found defective and while the courier is still present at delivery.

14) Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within Egypt only.
