Q: Are all Dejour pieces made of genuine leather?

A: • All Classic Bags and most of our signature items are made from high quality genuine leather.

• Other items, like Soirée Bags, Beach Bags, and Satin Bow Bags, are crafted from elegant fabric materials, not leather — so they are neither natural nor synthetic. They’re meant to feel soft, light, and unique in their own way.

Q: How can I take care of my product?

A: To keep your Dejour piece in great shape:

• Always store it in its dustbag when not in use.

• For leather pieces, gently wipe with a soft cloth. Avoid using water or any harsh chemicals.

Q: What are the available payment methods?

A: We currently offer Cash on Delivery and card payments.

InstaPay transfers are also available during delivery.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A:• Cairo & Giza: 4–5 working days

• All other governorates: Up to 7 working days

Working days exclude Fridays and official holidays.

Q: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

A: We do not offer refunds.

Exchanges are only accepted if the item is found defective and while the courier is still present at delivery.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: We currently ship within Egypt only.
