Return Policy

We’ve updated our return policy to make your shopping experience easier 🤍

Bags
For bags, you can inspect your order while the courier is present and return it immediately if you decide not to keep it and only pay the shipping fees

If the courier has already left, you have 48 hours from receiving your order to request a return. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup and 250 EGP will be deducted from your refund to cover pickup, shipping and packaging fees.

Returned bags must be in the same condition as received, including any stuffing, dust bag, packaging and accessories. If anything is missing or the bag is returned in a different condition, the applicable cost may be deducted from your refund.

After the 48-hour period, we cannot accept returns on bags.

Jewellery
Jewellery can be inspected while the courier is present. If you decide not to keep it, you can return it with the courier before they leave. Once the courier has left, we cannot accept returns on jewellery
