At Dejour, we are committed to offering quality you can rely on. We provide a one-year warranty on all items, including discounted products. This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers:

 

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Functional issues related to hardware components such as zippers, locks, and handles, provided they occur under normal use

 

 

Terms & Conditions:

 

• The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from misuse, accidents, personal wear and tear, water exposure, or intentional harm.
• A valid proof of purchase must be presented to access this service.

 

Post-Warranty Repairs

 

 

Following the 1-year warranty period — or in cases where the warranty has been voided due to factors such as misuse, neglect, or intentional damage — we continue to offer support.

Customers may request repair services, which will be provided for an additional fee based on the extent and nature of the damage.

Our commitment to quality extends beyond the warranty.
